NIS-Elements
You will find here all available softwares of the platform
NIS-Elements Imaging Software
The Nikon NIS-Elements provides the same interface, control, workflow, and terminology whether the imaging modality (widefield, LSM or fast spinning confocal). This single software platform makes it able the acquisition in the optimal performance devices and also the combination of the analysis process and pine-pline for all imaging modalities.
NIS.ai
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and deep learning methods are now making seemingly impossible tasks possible. From correcting contrast to improving signal-to-noise ratio, or for new approaches to manage challenging acquisition parameters, or segmentation that was previously difficult or nearly impossible to do, these approaches can now be automated due to the use of AI.
The NIS-Elements NIS.ai suite consists of various modules and functions which expand the NIS-Elements platform by building in tailor-made solutions for acquisition, visualization and analysis.
JOBS Acquisition & Analysis Designer
The JOBS module enables the easy creation of more complex and customized experimental templates, from image acquisition to analysis, without the need for advanced data-programming knowledge. JOBS automatically conducts observation processes such as image acquisition, image and data analysis, result display. It improves efficiency and reduces the time needed for the acquisition, analysis and mining of data.
NIS-Elements Viewer
NIS-Elements Viewer is a free standalone program to view image files and datasets. It offers the same powerful view and image selection modes as the NIS-Elements core packages: Volume View with 3D Rendering, Tile View for Time, Z and Multipoint datasets, and Slice View for Z and Time datasets. The NIS-Elements Viewer also has the same look and feel as the NIS-Elements core packages. For example, calibrations, and binary layers (thresholded objects) created in the core package also port over to the NIS-Elements Viewer. In addition, image header information and experimental information such as time interval, Z step and device parameters are accessible (Windows version only). Saving ND datasets to TIFF files is also built into the NIS-Elements Viewer.

M.I.A in Metamorph software
Developed by Victor Racine during its PhD in the PICT-site Lhomond, the Multidimensionnal Image analysis is composed of two parts :
- Wavelet decomposition for segmentation
- Tracking on segmented object
